Rocket Raccoon is a tech genius and tactical support hero who excels at battlefield control and team enhancement. His abilities focus on weapon systems, mobility through jetpack mechanics, strategic beacon deployment, and team support through healing and damage amplification. He works best when coordinating with Guardians of the Galaxy teammates, particularly Groot for Old Friends synergy and Star-Lord for Rocket Network teleportation.
